Information & Qualifications to BID
Your club has to be a member of MAAD for 1 year to be able to bid to host a tournament! Your club can bid for up to four (4) years in advance of the anticipated date of the tournament.
A bid letter should be from your Secretary of the Club and addressed to the MAAD secretary. It should also include the deposit of $500. The letter will be read at the Annual MAAD Delegate meeting and either will be selected or rejected by a majority vote. Check out the Bylaws for more information and the process of bidding for a tournament.
